All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, supplier processing times, seasonal demand, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been processed and dispatched. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled by different partners.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. ELAROVE may not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner.

Customers should not return products to any sender address, supplier address, or manufacturer address shown on the parcel unless ELAROVE has specifically instructed them to do so.
