ELAROVE works with trusted third-party suppliers, logistics partners, and fulfilment providers to process and ship orders.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During busy periods, supplier processing times, seasonal demand, or other operational factors may cause processing times to be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, the courier used, customs clearance, supplier processing times, seasonal demand, and events outside our control.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier availability.

Any delivery estimates shown on the product page, at checkout, or in tracking updates are provided as guidance only.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand where available at checkout.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking details to update.

Separate Parcels

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled by different partners.

This is normal and does not necessarily indicate that an item is missing.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

ELAROVE may not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will investigate with the relevant courier, supplier, or fulfilment partner before issuing a resolution.

Refunds or replacements for lost or delayed parcels may require confirmation from the courier, supplier, or fulfilment partner.

Product Variation

Product colours, packaging, labels, and minor details may vary slightly due to screen display settings, supplier batches, manufacturing updates, or product improvements.
