Contact Us First
Before returning any item, you must contact ELAROVE for return authorisation. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please do not return items to the sender address, supplier address, or manufacturer address shown on the parcel unless ELAROVE has specifically instructed you to do so.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted where required under applicable consumer law. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, odour-free, unaltered, and in original condition with original packaging where possible.
If you have a legal right to cancel or return your order, you must contact ELAROVE within the applicable cancellation period before sending anything back.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Photos of the outer packaging where relevant
Please keep the item and all packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
ELAROVE will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method following review, inspection, return receipt, or acceptable proof of return where applicable.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact ELAROVE.
We will investigate with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner before issuing a resolution.
Refunds or replacements for lost or delayed parcels may require confirmation from the courier or fulfilment partner.
